With today’s announcement by the first minister that Scotland is moving to Phase 2 of lockdown easing, the government has advised that viewings and home moves can resume from 29 June.
Currently these are only permitted where a tenant has a reasonable need to move.
From 29th June there will no longer be a need for a tenant to demonstrate that they have a reasonable need to move.
Government guidance will be published in due course to provide information on how to safely conduct these activities and we will let you know as soon as this is available.
