Reminder for All Our Tenants! As the festive season approaches and many of you head off on holiday, we want to remind you of an important responsibility: Preventing Frozen Pipes! 
If you’re going away, please take a few simple steps to avoid costly damage:
Keep the heating on โ even at a low setting, to ensure your pipes donโt freeze. Open cupboard doors โ especially for pipes under sinks, to let warm air circulate. Check your thermostat โ ensure it’s set to at least 12-14ยฐC.If youโre heading away, ask a family member or friend to check in on your property and make sure everythingโs running smoothly. Itโs a great way to catch any potential issues early and enjoy a worry-free holiday. 
Taking these precautions will help protect your home from unexpected damage.
